Is Region 4 *not* considered to be PAL? I had always lumped together European countries as being PAL. I ask only because I have a cheap dvd player that plays reg. 2 but not reg 4. I was trying to find the place where I could change the region, but I don't see one. All I see is the setting that goes from NTSC to PAL or AUTO. I'm going to have to get an all region player, but I was curious if anyone knew about the Pal/reg 4 thing.
