Default Portable DVD players

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good brand for a portable dvd player? I take my family on long drives for vacations and a portable dvd player would come in handy for the kids.

I had used many portable DVD players before out of them I would suggest two brands which I think are really good. You can buy Philips and Coby brand potable DVD players and they are really good indeed.

Thanks for recommending a couple of brands to look andrew25. My wife and I will take a look at them. We have an upcoming 12 hour drive and with two kids ages 7 and 5 in the van, we'll need something to keep them distracted.

Sony is the best brand you can get.
Sony is a Japanese company and they work hard making their products good quality.
Their portable DVD players cost around $170-$200 USD but it's worth it in the long run.
