We don't own a Blu-ray player, but we do know a few people who do, and one of them - who knows I post here - wanted me to ask how one goes about the process of getting firmware upgrades for a player so that Blu-ray discs made AFTER the player was manufactured will run on it. Any help on this would be appreciated.
