TV channels on my menu

I've had my converter for 2 months and it works great. My question is when I press the menu button I get what's currently on and the next 2 shows.not sure if I'm in the right section but how do I set up so it displays the full menu of channels.

There are only two CECB converter boxes on the market that support TVGOS. The only two converters are the Ultima Artec T3APR-T and Dish Network DTVpal. What is your converter box make and model?

i have no idea what a TVGOS is?? My converter is Insignia and it's a black plastic cover with a light on the front.

TVGOS is a type of program guide (menu) that is not supported on your Insignia box. Edit: Your model# is NS-DXA1 on the Insignia (which I beleive is the only box on the market by Insignia), which means, the guide that displays the current and next show is the only guide available. Hope this helped.

It is most likely the Insignia NS-DXA1-APT which is a super Converter box. Unfortunately as Jay has posted it does not support TVGOS. It will only give you current and next program per channel.
