Some have firmware updates available, but most do not. When you get home post back with the model number and with all the techies here at the forum, I'm sure you'll get an answer.

I haven't bought a TV in 4 years, but when the heck did they start adding firmware upgrade capability to TVs?? I'm out of the loop man!
