I am a fan of the Simpsons, even after 20 seasons it remaains a watchable show. The humor is similar ti that of The Family Guy but a little less riske. The Family Guy is more adult and edgy!

Who! You mean you've watched all 20 season of the Simpsons? Wow! You sure are loyal to it ha ha! I like it too but I wasn't able to watch every episode of it.
They are both good, but I'll go with the Simpsons. It's has loveable characters. The things they do are so hilarious! Family Guy wasn't that appealing at first, but it has also grown on me.
Family Guy beyond a doubt. A lot funnier, a bigger risk taker, and The Simpsons is a cow that dried up a long time ago. Family Guy has some pretty weak points though, I'll lynch Seth if Peter does that "Fffft... ahhh!" thing for more than 5 seconds after breaking his leg for the umpteenth time. XD
I can't compare them. I like them both. I think if I had to pick one it would be the Simpsons. But Family Guy is darn funny. Here between 7 and 7:30 they are on opposite channels. I have DVR for satellite but not OTA, so I have to check which one I want to see, normally based on if I have seen it. Part of why I say to me they are about equal, but different.

I prefer Family Guy. Simpsons is not even remotely in the same league as Family Guy. It never made me laugh. Family Guy's random comedy is what really lures me in.
