Season 6 starts Sept. 16th

Can't wait, last season was pretty good, although there were a lot of man tears shed.....lol, and what was up with the war of words between Kim Sweeney and Jillian Michaels?

Anyway, according to Wikipedia, the teams will be comprised of family members.

I'm always amazed at the work and dedication many of these people have. I also think it takes an amazing amount of courage to admit that you are overweight on national tv and to allow people to see your struggles.

Can't wait for it to start. Its amazing how much you can accomplish just by regularly excersing and controlling your diet.

I also love the little wars that sometimes happen between the oponents.

Yeah I haven't been able to watch any of the show yet :-( because my dvr isn't recording properly. But yeah, it's amazing what people can do when they put their minds to it. I'm actually going to follow the biggest loser diet (got all of the books and everything).

I think the biggest losers are the ones who waste their time watching this show all year long. Get up and go work out and loose some weight yourselves :P
