Doesn't ABC already have this show? Called Wipeout? I'll probably watch.
Speaking of Japanese game show's, anyone ever watch MKC on the Spike channel? I LOVE IT. Highly recommended.

The two shows are pretty distinction from one another (and actually they both premiered on the same day, one right after the other, a year ago). Wipeout is closer to the old American show, Almost Anything Goes, while I Survived a Japanese Game Show is clearly intended to ride on the idea of current-day Japanese games shows (and filmed entirely there on location). I Survived a Japanese Game Show is actually presented as a game show inside a game show. It has a Survivor vibe to it, as the same contestants appear throughout the season, with one being eliminated each week.

Not interested in any of these. I will probably watch Big Brother, though.

For some reason, this is always a dead week, every year.
