    Head Rush on Science Channel

Kari Byron is a born tinkerer and explorer. By the age of 5, she was experimenting on her sister, and using her dolls as crash test dummies. Luckily for her parents, they always caught her in time — right before her little sister took a ride down a laundry chute or recruited her for an "around-the-world" attempt on the playground swings.

Kari is thrilled to host "Head Rush," an all new, one-hour, commercial-free program on Science Channel, made for middle-school students, but fun for the curious kid of any age. Her aim is to inspire and excite us about the wonders of science and show science at work in our everyday lives. No subject will go unexplored! Kari dives into mathematics, science, technology, engineering, natural history and space with hands-on experiments, video shorts, viewer questions and answers, games, and special celebrity visits from other members of the Discovery TV family.

Watch Head Rush Monday-Friday at 4 PM and Saturday mornings from 7-9 AM!
Sounds like it'll be a blast, and any extra doses of Mythbusters we can get are surely a good thing.

That sounds like (potentially) a fun show to watch, especially if her childhood "interests" are recalled as part of every lead-in to the series to explain her motivation ... something like the way lead-in for the 'A' Team and other shows worked. Not quite Billy Nye-the science guy, huh? LOL!
