    Live...from New York...it's Saturday Night!

Being a guy who grew up in the 1970s and early '80s, I fondly remember when Saturday Night Live was brand new and one of the funniest shows on TV. I still laugh when I see clips of the original cast on reruns or specials, especially when Chevy Chase would imitate Gerald Ford and Dan Ackroyd played Jimmy Carter, even though those two guys didn't resemble the Presidents they were spoofing.

I don't, alas, watch the show much these days because I am more online than in front of a TV, but I wonder if any other members either (a) watched the show when it started, have seen more current casts, or (b) woild like to share who their favorite members or characters are.
