    Default Program Ratings & Rankings 2011-2012 Week 25

    Nationally, Broadcast took 99 of the top 100 Adult 25-54 programs (S/O-S/O).
    •Wednesday’s American Idol took the top spot with a 7.3 RA25-54. The Voice came in second with a 7.0 RA25-54, and American Idol on Thursday came in third with a 6.5 RA25-54.
    Cable's highest-rated show, WWE Entertainment, came in at #56 delivering a 1.9 RA25-54.

    99% of the top 100 shows were over-the-air TV?? Well, welll.

    98 of the top 100 shows in 18-49 were also broadcast, with the other top 100 cable show being reruns of "The Big Bang Theory" on TBS.

    Is that for last week? I think Idol was boosted because that one guy was kicked off and everyone knew it was happening before the shows aired.

    "American Idol" is almost always the number one show. What is interesting is how well "The Voice" did, beating out Idol Thursday for the number two spot in 25-54, and taking the top spot in 19-39.

    Reruns of "The Big Bang Theory" beat most new shows, IMO. Especially the endless reality shows.

    I do like The Voice better than Idol but it needs to be careful. Cee lo is a bit too female happy and his fellow judges seem to know that completely. It borders on dangerous territory. Sometimes I also wonder what the judges have going on because it is not always the best singer who wins in my opinion. Still, I am intrigued. Pet Peeve: Aguilera needs to cover up. She is a wardrobe malfunction just waiting to happen.
