No matter how silly, give some ideas for a show you would write or produce.

How about a talk show for music on MTV or VH1 that star's a different "seasoned" musical former as host every week? The guest's could range from Mick Jagger to Master P. They could interview their friends or talk about music they like, etc. Include some funny moments during filming/outtakes, and you got a hit.

If i search youtube i think i can find an old variety show from Nickelodeon which parodied American Idol as American Idiot. now that'd be a reality show i'd watch, that or Darwin Awards.



The Reality TV genre is a great one, if the shows were more entertaining. so far it seems to be showing people's lives on camera, or mimicing game shows badly, or trying to show relationships between fat people. it's sucky and gives an inferiority to the genre. with some more funny and entertaining shows, such as American Idiot or 'World's most Rhetorical Questions' or 'Things that make you go hmmm', those would sure spark MY interest in Reality TV. but sadly it's going the stupid route; excitement of a telethon, or a long infomercial, or a roving paparazzi cam. boring. snooze. i'd rather watch Fox News.
