That reminds me of something that happened here 3 or 4 years ago. My daughter and me were setting on the couch one afternoon and my grandson (her son) was sitting on the floor in front of us. He starts smiling, looking upward a bit and starts crawling toward the center of the room like he sees someone. All at once he stops, smiles real big and then turns around fast and bolts back to us still smiling. I never saw him crawl that fast before. My daughter and I were like, "what the heck...?" and laughed.
I told my mom about it and she suggested that maybe it was my (late) father paying us a visit.
Maybe it was.

I wasn't that sensitive to stuff as a parent, but as a grandparent I watch the babies a lot closer, notice stuff. Most of my grandkids has done something like that more than once.
I remember once when my second oldest was sitting at our table. My wife and I had just been discussing something, a child "would" not understand.
About 5 minutes later, our grand girl blurts out in plain English (she was 2 and still not talking plain) the answer to mine and my wife's question. Blew us away.... It wasn't only there was no way should would what we had been talking about but it wasn't her voice.
