As some of the members may be aware, Saturday Night Live got a huge coup when Senator John McCain's running mate, Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska made a guest appearance on the show.
Seems that Tina Fey can do a "dead-on" impression of the sometimes controversial Palin, and in part good sportsmanship, part good PR, the governor graciously agreed to do a cameo (not as a guest host...Josh Brolin, who's currently starring in W, did those honors), and apparently it was very funny.
If you want to see parts of her appearance, go to

LOL, it's nice to see that the candidates can poke fun at themselves every once in a while.

Hmm, it looks like the videos are no longer working anymore, I'll have to edit this option out, the video is located at: YouTube - SNL - Real Sarah Palin On SNL - Tina Fey Meets Her Match - SNL - Part 1

That was hilarious, thank you for sharing. I loved the part too where McCain told Letterman he didn't believe in raising anybody's taxes but his. He said it would be his first executive order to raise Lettermans' taxes. Of course, he was just joking or was he? LOL.

Just to let everyone know, there seems to be a glitch somewhere between youtube and the post. Even though the screen says; video no longer available. If you click on the words You Tube Video in the red bar at the top of the video screen it will take you directly to the video.

Ha..ha..I didn't even know that they were still airing Saturday Night Live. Wow, it's been on what 50 years now? LOL. Does it still come on Saturday nights? Wow, that's where a lot of the famous comedians got their start.
