Default TBS Christmas movies today?

Jingle all the Way and The Santa Claus back to back today.

TV Schedule: tbs.com - TV Shows - Television Shows - very funny

One question. Why?

and tomorrow they're running another showing of Men in Black 2, which was a very cool movie, but I swear they show it at least once a month.

If it were July i'd say it was a 'Christmas in July' thing. here during July they re-run the 'A Christmas Story, 24 hours a day' promo during July for such a reason.

I have an even more perplexing question. why the NFL Football all over the OTA here when Pro Football is more than a month away?! i mean what good is ESPN when all the sports are on locals?

Watching preseason football is so boring to me. Until the first real game, I really have no interest in watching the performance of 2nd and 3rd string players.

I would much rather have my fix of Frasier than be forced into sports. if i wanted to watch sports i'd 1) go to the real game and see it or 2) order ESPN over cable/satellite.

same problem here with FM Radio. thank goodness for Sirius.

I have no idea why they would play those two shows so early. Some Christmas shows are classics to be watched all year, like the one with Ralphie, but not those two.

I love to watch Christmas movies regardless of the month. I don't need it to be December to enjoy White Christmas or any of my favorites.
