Netflix DOWN, 10/8/2010

    Default Netflix DOWN, 10/8/2010

    I was trying to watch NETFLIX this afternoon, and all movies returned this message:
    error.jpg

    error code n8101-106. Checking with the online troubleshooting told me, I must be mistaken, there is no such error code. Contacting the number on the screen gets you... nothing, not even a ring tone.

    Digging deeper, I find a number on the "contact us" page. This one rings ... after a delay, a voice announces there is a problem with COMPUTER access, and that Netflix should still work with Netflix-enabled devices. "We are working to resolve the issue", Ms. RoboVoice assured me.

    I guess its a RedBox night tonight!

    Netflix is back for me as of 8 pm Mountain time!

    Canceling that drive to RedBox.
