go to
www.dtv2009.gov and apply for your coupon then when it comes you can use it to buy the converter box or boxes you can get two coupons. then follow instructions to install. while you wait for coupons browse the forum on
dtv reception and look at the converter box reviews this will help you to know if you will need to upgrade anything else like antennas etc.
