As a cable/satellite exclusive, Disney gets 30c per subscriber for ABC Family. They'll get a lot less if the deal is no longer exclusive to subscription television, and if they give it away for free

Comcast doesn't charge extra for
HD, and provides the channels you wanted to talk about, ESPN and ABC Family, in
