You cannot. tiger should give you the 40.00 off since their website messed up. I have issues with them right now also. want me to pay 100.00 bucks to return an unused product. if you got only one coupon you can apply for a second but it will be a while before you get it has they say they have run out of money with all the lost an expired coupons out there I can't see how.
