Default Insignia tv, do I need a converter?

Insignia 15" LCD model NSLCD15F, purchased just under 1 year ago. I've lost my manual and the online one doesn't seem to help. I've failed the local TV station's digital tests. Last night channel-scanned during the test hoping to pick up digital channel. May have run out of time doing that so not sure of result. I get such conflicting information, I'm not sure. I should think my tv is new enough it should get digital. I am not on cable, however, have indoor antenna with UHF and VHF. What do I need to do?

According to manufature info directly from Insignia's Website,

Your TV only contains an anlog (NTSC) tuner. So, you will need a digital-to-analog converter box if you're not connected to cable or satellite service.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
