If you only requested one, you can go and request your second one that is entitled to you, however they have ran out of funding so their is a waiting list to get a coupon.

If you've got your two already and they are both expired you are out of luck.

Studogvetmed's answer is exactly right.

One way to lower your cost (instead of buying a brand new converter box) would be to search around on Ebay for digital-to-analog converter boxes, some are selling on there for $20 w/ shipping, without having to use a DTV coupon. Buyer beware.
