Not at this time. If your coupons expire you will not be able to re-apply to the coupon program. I think the recently approved DTV Delay Act does have some type of verbage that may allow expired card holders to reapply, but Congress still has to modify for those changes.

yes i agree, congress is still modifying about that act, so just keep your expired coupon you may use it someday..
