I am renting a house, where the former residents ordered their dtv coupons. When I called to order my DTV coupons,(as I had not yet ordered) I was denied, because this household address had already received by mail its two coupons. This does not seem right that I be denied when it was another family who rented this house, that received the coupons. What can I do?
I am in same situation as Laura above me and don’t no what to do…lets try and get it together and make it easier to acquire one of these boxes since you thought it necesary for the change..come on folks,act like you no what your doing and follow thru when you say there elgible and then renig.
