The following websites were created by the U.S. Government to provide information about DTV and the Digital Transition.

www.dtv2009.gov - Order $40 DTV Coupons for help with purchasing a coupon elgible converter box.

www.dtv.gov - FCC's DTV assistance page, which includes useful areas including a searchable database of DTV Reception Maps, a Frequently Asked Questions area, and other misc. DTV resources.

I think these links and the TV Fool one, and even the Rabbit Ears one should be in a sticky somewhere up top. I'm not sure 'everything else' is even good for it. Folks are looking for this information. I'd even single out the 'contact us' part of the dtv site. Just a little suggestion to help folks <g>
