Turned down for DTV Coupons

I live in a 2 flat building, my son, with the same last name lives in the basement apartment with his family. I live in the 1st floor. He ordered his converter coupons and recieved them. I ordered mine later and was denied because 2 were delivered to the same addres. I sent copies of my son’s and my Gas bills where it states is the same address but different floors and reapplied, but I was denied the 2nd time.

What do I do?

I'd contact them by mail or email and write a detailed letter, enclosing copies of the bills. Spell it out for them in detail. Mail is probably better than email, but email might work too.

You probably need to provide certification from the city or town government showing that they consider (and tax) the building as a multi-family dwelling.
