yes, some words are very hard to understand. I tried to use PSA and it tried to pronounce it, so I had to change it to Public Service Announcement.

I am surprised you could hear her name and I had to use dashes to get to run it together. I tried to name her Gabi Talking Head, but it ran it together so bad, it sounded like mumbling.

If it knows an acronym it spells it out, otherwise assumes it's a word. You can use made up words and will do it's best to pronounce them. You also have to be very careful not to misspell words or it will pronounce them misspelled. The free version doesn't have a spell checker I could find and Firefox won't correct spelling inside of a flash applet.

That was 2 hours of work and editing. Had I spent another couple hours on it you can make them move their hands and move their feet so it would look less stiff.

I finished after 5 am this morning so I just said, good enough is good enough. I think I can go back and edit it and make version 2.

Or better would be to think of something else about TV and do a movie on it.

One I thought of was a guy that tries to go on the roof and fix his antenna and all the stuff he goes through.

I also wanted to make it G rated or I am sure with some "colorful" language it would have been funnier.

The only thing i noticed was the acronym 'DTV' sounds like 'DDVee' but i think that's the speech program it is using is attempting to talk really fast.

Someone made a South Park Mac vs. PC ad that this reminds me of lol. i wonder if someone knows how to do this in a South Park format. would be cute.

This also reminds me of the infamous BonziBUDDY gorilla. you could make him talk any phrase you put into it.

I have the BonziBuddy program archived, as well as the purple ape extracted from the install program. All you need is that ape, really. Not the annoying adware application.
