Hello.
I just bought a Toshiba SD-V296 combo vcr/dvd player.
I am trying to set up my Dish satellite receiver so that the Dish can send the remote control signals to the vcr to cause it to record certain programs. I had this working with previous vcrs. But I cannot find the proper code to make this work with this Toshiba.
My Dish maunal doesnt cover any Toshiba vcr/dvd device. Dish customer support had no more information than I had.
While I can make the Dish tune to the proper channel, and program the vcr seperatly, thats not the ideal situation.
Does anyone know what codes I could put into that Dish receiver that might allow proper recording?
