some months ago i called customer sevice about my coupon because i didn't get my coupon. was told it was mailed this when i said again that i did not receive coupon. then customer service said they will mail me another coupon it has been about two months now.
I would imagine that you have already been to the Coupon Program Website to check the status of your coupon. That is going to www dtv09.gov and and clicking on "Where Are My Coupons".
My coupons arrived one month after they were supposed to. Don't know if that helps, but the government seems to be a littel inconsistent with these coupons.
