Default Previous resident at my apartment already applied for dtv coupons
What do you do if the previous resident has already ordered a digital converter box coupons for the address you just moved to. Everytime I try to order one it states that the this address has already ordered coupons for this address and it will not allow me to order any more coupons.
What can I do to get my coupons.

this is one of the few circumstances where there isn't a solution offered fr your dillema. That's not to say you are the only one (DTV coupons: Concerns raised about the program : Consumer Reports Electronics Blog Have you received you DTV coupon yet? - Yahoo! Answers).

Contact the NTIA/Government Coupon Program and explain to them exactly as you've posted above, and see what they suggest.
