I would prefer the LCD; the picture quality is better in my opinion. Although I am not too knowledgeable about the plasma tv. I do have a friend that did purchase one; and I didn't like the picture quality at all.
Cathode ray televisions are now outdated. Almost everyone is using either an LCD or a plasma television. Even though the CRT have been there for years, people are looking for change. This need for change is embodied in the LCD and the plasma TV. Plasma technology utilizes the gases neon and xenon while the LCD TV works on the liquid crystals.
