    Default LG 42" 42CS560 1080p HDTV

Doe anyone think the LG 42CS560 LCD HDTV would work well in a small bedroom for a 9 year old? I found one for $450 at a local store here in San Antonio, TX. My kid likes to play Xbox 360 so I want to get him something that will work well with a lot of action movies and games.

The 42CS560 should be fine for gaming. Amazon has it for less than than $428 right now.

    Guest,

That model LG has a 60 hZ refresh rate which is slow by today's standards. 120 hZ refresh rate would be better for games and watching anything with quick movements such as sports.
