Default Google Chrome TV App - Is this legal?

I downloaded an app today for my Google Chrome browser which refers people to this site if you want to learn more about it: http://www.chromeonlinetv.com/

Is this legal? I was able to receive more than half of my OTA stations on it. I doubt Google would put this app on their list of available downloads if it wasn't? The picture quality isn't that bad either.

It looks like it's just pulling video feeds from other sites on the Internet.

It does. It's a webpage that wants you to install a toolbar. Here's the page: TV Hod - Online TV
