Default What cable digital box do you use?

We use the Explorer 2000, and it seems to be going slower and slower. Anyone else use this one? Any suggestions? I'm close to trading it in for a new one.

The digital cable box for watching t.v., not the cable modem. My cable modem seems to be ok, it's just the cable television box that is forever messing up.

I wouldn't even know where to look to find out what kind of box I have. I might have to dust it off before I could make out the model number on it too!

When we used to rent the cable box, it was a Scientific Atlanta cable box. I couldn't tell you what model but it was black and it really didn't change much in the 12 or so years that we had boxes.

How long have you been using it? I mean, if you're using it for a very long time now then it may have some damages now resulting in to that condition.

I still had a glimpse of that. Its actually very easy to recognize even since like what you said, they didn't actually change. Ha ha.
