I attempted to connect my receiver to a different tv, but without moving the receiver from originally configured location (bedroom). None of the wired connections have been changed, only the hdmi into the back of the new tv. The tv is not receiving a signal from the receiver. The hdmi cable and connection are good because I can plug the same hdmi cable into my computer (computer to tv) and it works without issue. It appears that the receiver is not pushing any data from the hdmi port. It is not a satellite issue because my other tv works fine. Is there a way for directv to run a remote diagnostic check on this receiver? Thank you.
