After updating and finally getting the app to work on my iPhone 6+, I accidentally chose a movie or a channel to which I am not subscribed. Now the app says "There is a problem with your phone's configuration. Please update or restore it with iTunes. QP1528". I spoke to an AT&T guy who's said to reset all settings. I did that and it worked but it took forever to get my phone back to the way I had it. I now have the same issue and don't want to reset my phone. Is there something else I can do? Will I continue to have this problem if I do it again?
