Just installed Direct TV service bundle with Internet yesterday. Had an issue with upgradding my package and received a call from a AT&T trying to solve the issue. I was then transferred to the customer loyalty department.
After 1/2 hour on phone yesterday with Dante from Loyalty Department (South Carolina office), none of the changes made have been implemented regarding my plan upgrade, and according to other customer service personnel which I conatcted today, there is no record of anything in my account.
My phone records all phone calls so I have that recording in case you need it.
