2014 NCAA Tournament Schedule

Before you know it, the 2014 NCAA Men's basketball tournament brackets will be published and the games will kick-off starting with the opening round of the tournament on March 18th and March 19th, 2014 in Dayton, Ohio. One of the most compelling (and gambled upon) sporting events in the United States, this year's tournament will have the schedule and seeds announced during the 2014 Selection Sunday television show on March 16th, 2014.

Yup! I think March Madness is my favorite time of the sports year / cycle in the U.S. Just the fact of the number of underdogs who go on to win one or several games in the tourney, to the bracketology involved in setting up the tourney....just lots of points for the sports fan to plug-in and enjoy. Not to mention the fact that we can all take a shot at winning a billion dollars on this year's tourney!

It is almost time for March Madness to get started! Conference tournaments will be gearing up here over the next two weeks, and we'll have 2014 Selection Sunday on March 16th to announce this year's brackets.
For those who like to watch the games via stream, the NCAA announced an expansion in coverage for this year's tourney along with the updated March Madness Live app recently.

It's hard to say this year...every time I think a team is going to be the clear-cut favorite, they go off and lose! We do have Wichita State who is 31-0 at the time of this post though!
