2014 SEC Tournament TV Schedule

#1
The 2014 SEC Tournament TV schedule kicks off on March 12th, 2014. The conference tournament will be held from March 12-16, 2014 in Atlanta, Georgia at the Georgia Dome. Similar to other major conferences, the winner of the 2014 conference tournament will earn the conference’s automatic bid to the 2014 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. A big difference when compared to other major FBS conferences; however, is that since 1951 the SEC awards the conference championship to the regular season champion who was the Florida Gators this season. The Gators were the first team in the history of the SEC to finish conference play at 18-0 and hit postseason play as the number 1 team in college basketball!

SEC Tournament Championships by School
Despite the storied history of the SEC conference, the Kentucky Wildcats have won more than their fair share of conference tourneys sitting at 27 total championships and last won in 2011. Ole Miss won the tournament for just the second time in school history last season.
