3rd party apps - DirecTV

4 times I have contacted your lousy company to resolve the issue of inability to log on to 3rd party apps to watch movies. Third call I was told it was being sent up to a supervisor and they would call me back. Twenty hours later no call yet. Fourth call I was placed on hold. Twenty five minutes later they still had not checked back in with me. You have until Friday Morning to resolve my issue or consider all of your services canceled.
