adding an equipment that i dont have to my bill - DirecTV DVR

For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, adding an equipment that i dont have to my bill i moved to a new home, and didnt request any changes to my equipment, however suddenly directtv decided that i have an additional equipment added to my account which i never requested, or received increasing my bill by $13.month. and its so frustrating that i cant contact them by email when i am not out of the country and cant just get on the phone and call an 800 number and wait forever when its a charged call from outside the US. since the begining of this relationship with directv, i was never a fan, and honestly cant wait to finish this contract and show them the door.
