After update, no sound from one reciever. - DirecTV

This question is about "After update, no sound from one reciever.", with DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports. After the update yesterday I am no longer getting audio from one reciever. I have restarted the whole system and the individual reciever itself.

The audio from the TV is fine as I can still hear audio from Blu-ray player and Xbox just not the Uverse TV.

I went through the help and troubleshoot via the menu button on remote and also tried changing the audio output via the settings menu on TV and Uverse.

I would like to avoid having a technician come out for such a small issue as I would much rather resolve it on my own if possible.

Any help would be much appreciated.
