All DVR recordings not visible in iPad App - DirecTV

I can no longer see all of my DVR recordings in the iPad App. When I select 'Browse for TV', all the recordings are visilbe. However, when I select 'Watch On iPad'; only select DVR recordings show. It appears that what is showing are only those which are 'On Demand'. Technical Support was of NO HELP! I've reset the receiver, uninstalled & reinstalled the App, reset my router and no success. This was workng a few days ago! Also, of those recordings that are visible, you can only watch them on the iPad, you can NO LONGER download them.
