I thought Hannity made it very clearly the poop DOES stink. And OF COURSE there is legal scope to take out Hannity -- <em><strong>unless</strong></em> he can mount the defense of truth. Any decent prosecutor could lead a jury to find malice on Hannity's part. He hates everything Obama stands for, and has said so openly and repeatedly. Hannity would have to prove that every defaming statement he made was the exact and literal truth -- period.</p><p></p><p>MrPogi, lack of a law suit doesn't constitute proof by itself.
