App and website constant communication errors - XFinity

There’s so many things wrong, it’s hard for me to even pay a bill through the website or app. In fact, when it works that’s the ONLY thing it lets me do. I can’t even login to check out my information, give updates, or even post positive things in the forum. It’s very sad that the business who sells me internet can’t even get their websites right =\ I know I’m not the only one, the internet is flooded with many people having the same issues. Please fix, don’t delay this any longer Comcast/Xfinity
