App not working on Galaxy S9+ - XFinity

Updated the Xfinity My Account app and it isn't working. I've tried the app before today's update so and it didn't work then either so I waited it out until an update was released and I'm still getting the same error. If there was a way to attach a screenshot I'd be more then happy to do so. I've been getting the same error since I switched from iOS to Android about 8 or 9 months ago.
