App problems - DirecTV

The app currently is showing that i have "0.0 GB free of 0.0 GB available" in directv settings/system info menu. It also won't allow me to see the most current shows on my DVR playlist. It won't allow me to play the one downloaded show I have. Solutions? Other than deleting the app and reinstalling it, which will cause the downloaded show to be erased.
