AT&T Equipment Return - DirecTV

I cancelled ATT service. I returned the wireless access gateway, 2 remotes, a regular DVR, a wireless receiver for a second TV, and a wireless access point. All power cords were returned. A receipt was only given for the wireless access gateway, the DVR, and the wireless receiver. David at the UPS store advised that a receipt would only be given for the three items and the wireless access point and remotes would be returned in bulk to ATT. Is this the case or is this a ploy by ATT to try to charge me later for missing equipment? How will I be able to confirm all equipment was returned?

I returned AT&T equipment for Direct TV on 9/11/18 to UPS store #102 in San Jose, CA. Return reference numbers B0102P20180911133538 and B0102P20180911133347. My account numbers are 152651089 and 7907120.

directv equipment was returned approximately 2 weeks ago, and I received a bill today for the same units. account # 6384535 for Charles DeRosso, could the problem be that the account name was Diana DeRosso, she was my wife but is deceased.
