Horrible, horrible, horrible service and customer service. I've spent hours on the phone with them and not one time do I feel as a customer that anyone cares. They pass you on to the next representative promise resolutions, but never deliver.

What a bad representation of big business. Not giving you any more chances ATT. I hope people get a good dose of how you treat customers and more options become available, because you'll lose business. You shouldn't be in business with the way you handle customers. A small business wouldn't get off the ground with your practices.
