Audio cutout on 4K Genie Mini - DirecTV

I have been a Direct TV customer since last summer. I have a 4K Genie Mini in my living room. It has had an audio cutout problem since I have had it. I was told by one of your agents that the cutout was caused by a software issue and that your engineering dept was working to fix it. Several weeks ago I recieved an Email from you sayint that the audio cutout problem had been fixed. I still experienced the issue. I reported it and was given a new 4K Genie Mini box. After installing it, the audiuo cutout still exists. Has the problem been fixed or not? Please let me know. Thank you.
