audio - XFinity

Hi! I was hoping someone can help me with an annoying issue. About three to four times an hour I get audio drops. I had the tech out only to tell me that my signal was good. He gave me a new HDMI cable but still having issues. I notice a lot of us having this problem but I haven't been happy with Comcast's response or customer service. I feel like I'm getting the run around.

This is now my second tv with the problem. Can anyone help!
